If you live in Milan, but you don’t have an address where you can fix your residence:

If you have your residence fixed at Casa della Carità and you need to collect your mail:

You can come to via Francesco Brambilla 10. From Monday to Friday from 4pm to 7pm. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 5pm to 7pm. Access is free, you don’t need an appointment.
